Our 2004 KISS possesses a pretty faint apricot color. While the color is delicate, nothing about the wine is. It is a powerhouse. The flavors and aromas are of; peaches, honey, ripe apricots, strawberries, lemons and tree ripe summer apples. The sugar acid balance leans towards a wine which will age decades (30 – 40 years potentially). Serve this wine well chilled.
