What you recieve:

20% off all wine purchased through our tasting room, wine club and online site.
Exclusive access to the latest releases before being released to the general public. We only produce 100 cases of each wine per vintage on average. So when it's gone, it's gone! Wine Club members can buy our award winning wines not yet released to the public while receiving 20% off their purchase.
Throughout the year CR Sandidge Winery participates in wine makers' dinners with inspired chefs highlighting accents in our wines which are paired with delicious cuisine. Wine club members are the first to be invited to these special events. The dinners are sold out on a first come first served basis. Wine club members are served first!
Wine club members receive an extra 20% off any sale price on wines selected. For example, should a wine be on sale at 20% off wine club members total savings would be 40%.
All wine club members may choose to have their wines shipped to them or held for pick up at our tasting room, whatever is most convenient for you.
Wine club members receive free shipping on purchases of six bottles or more within the lower 48 States (sorry Hawaii and Alaska).

Membership Options

When you sign up in our tasting room, over the phone or online you will find several club levels that vary to best reflect your tastes and budget. Our clubs consist of the following:

Quarterly Club members ship or pick up their wines 4 times per year.
Regular Club members ship or pick up their wines 6 times per year. The two extra shipments Regular members have per year are verticals of previously released vintages. All wine club members have access to the most recent vintages released.
Each club has two levels of membership:
- Connoisseur Level: 3 bottles per shipment.
- Discovery Level: 2 bottles per shipment

Shipping Proceduresl

We only ship during the spring and fall seasons. When we ship our wines, there can be damage to the wine by exposure to extreme temperatures during the shipping process. We do not like our wines subjected to temperatures below 35 degrees or above 75 degrees Fahrenheit. So, we don't risk releasing wines during winter or summer seasons. We will ship to the very warm States of our great nation during winter months.

Wine Release Dates

Our wine maker selects which wines he is going to release. I send an email out to all wine club members two weeks before the shipment. Included in the email is when to expect your credit card to be charged, the amount charged, the wine type along with winemakers tasting notes, and the estimated time we plan to ship the wines. So, be sure to open your correspondence from us. All substitutions or cancellations are requested by an indicated date prior to processing the clubs in our system.
