C.R. Sandidge Wines is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement explains data collection and use practices of the www.crsandidgewines.com site/sites (the “Sites”).  By accessing the site, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this privacy statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you to provide a service or carry out a transaction you have requested such as receiving information about the C.R. Sandidge WinesTM products and services, purchasing an C.R. Sandidge Wines product, joining the C.R. Sandidge Wines mailing list, or when downloading and/or registering C.R. Sandidge Wines Clubs.  The personal information we collect may include your name, title, company or organization name, work e-mail, work phone, work or home address, information about your job function, information about your company, and credit card information.

The Sites may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the Sites; the pages that you access while at the Sites and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our sites. This information is used to help improve the sites, analyze trends and administer the site.

Use of your Personal Information

The personal information collected on these Sites will be used to operate the Sites and to provide the service(s) or carry out the transaction(s) you have requested or authorized.

In support of these uses, C.R. Sandidge Wines may use personal information to provide you with more effective customer service, to improve the Sites and any related C.R. Sandidge Wines products or services, and to make the Sites easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information or by customizing the Sites to your particular preference or interests.

Additionally, with your permission, we may send you information about other C.R. Sandidge Wines products and services, and/or share information with CSR partners so they may send you information about their products and services.

When you sign up for a newsletter or agree to receive promotional e-mail, C.R. Sandidge Wines may use customized links or similar technologies to track e-mail links that you click. We may associate that information with your personal information in order to provide you more focused e-mail communications or purchase information. Each e-mail communication includes an unsubscribe link allowing you to stop delivery of that type of communication.

Sandidge Wines may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on C.R. crsandidgewines.com may send out periodic e-mails informing you of winery specific information or issues related to a product or service you requested, or confirming your request for a product or service.  In some services offered by C.R. Sandidge Wines, contact with the customer is an intrinsic part of the service. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service(s) you have chosen.

C.R. Sandidge Wines is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers with limited access that are located at a secure and controlled Data Center.  Additionally, when we transmit sensitive personal information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Use of Cookies and Web Beacons

We use cookies on the Sites to ensure the integrity of the registration process and to personalize the Sites. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server.   Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

Web beacons, also known as clear gif technology or action tags, may be used to assist in delivering the cookie on our sites. This technology is a tool we use to compile aggregated statistics about C.R. Sandidge Wines.com Web site usage, such as how many visitors clicked on key elements (such as links or graphics) on the sites, blog or a newsletter. We may share aggregated site statistics with partner companies.

C.R. Sandidge Wine Ordering and Wine Club Policy

• No membership fees. You will be billed for quarterly shipments with the credit card of your choice. We shall contact you to take your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card and to confirm your delivery place and date.
• You must be of legal drinking age to join or place a wine order.
• Shipping is available to residents of the US only.
• An adult signature is required on delivery.
• All prices include local liquor taxes.
• Shipping and handling is additional.
• Payment/billing will be processed up to 15 days prior to shipment.
• Membership may be cancelled, after the end of the first years (12 month) wine club term without penalty; early cancellations will require the club member to reimburse CR Sandidge for all discounted amounts of prior shipments (20%), up to three shipments (6-months).
• Each shipment will be sent in sturdy packaging material and delivered by courier to you home or office.

Legal Age Requirement
WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO A PERSON WHO IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM THE WINE WILL BE DELIVERED TO IS ALSO 21 YEARS OLD. At the time of delivery, all shipments containing alcohol require the signature of an adult who must show identification proving he or she is at least 21 years old.

Shipping
We accept online orders for wine shipping to most states, however, due to changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time. We will contact you by email if your order is negatively affected by new shipping regulations. All wines are sold in Washington and title passes to the buyer in Washington. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of Washington. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. For more information about shipping orders for wine, please contact us at 509.682.3704. WE CAN SHIP ACCESSORIES TO ALL 50 STATES.
CR Sandidge Wines. takes reasonable precautions to ensure safe, temporary storage/staging of purchased goods as, from time to time, requested by our customers. There is a charge for such temporary storage/staging. CR Sandidge Wines assumes no liability whatsoever for any loss, deterioration or damage to the goods stored or staged, caused by conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, wars, insurrections, natural disasters or the reckless, negligent or intentional acts of third parties.

 DELIVERY & TIME LINES
Most Wine Club items are shipped on Monday’s approximately 15 days from your initial Wine Club Notification Email or Phone Call and will arrive in approximately 7 working days. Most items are shipped by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Large/oversized items are shipped via Motor Freight. However, if you need it immediately, please ask about our Next Day and 2nd Day Air charges. You will be notified of any delay over 30 days.
Processing Time
Wine Club orders are processed approximately 10 working days prior to date of shipment.  This lead-time is required for us to process any requested additions or substitutions, and to inform you of any problems that may arise at the time of credit card pre-authorization.   

• It is imperative that all information included on the order is complete and accurate. Incomplete or inaccurate billing or shipping information on orders will result in a delay in processing and additional shipping charges.
• Since wine is vulnerable to extremes in temperature, and we have no control of the conditions of a carriers warehousing facility, the day in which your order is processed may affect when you receive it.
• If your order includes an item that is temporarily out-of-stock, but due to arrive within a few days, it will be delayed in an effort to ship the complete order. In that event we will attempt to notify you by e-mail of the delay.

Shipping & Weather
Extreme weather conditions can affect your wine. High temperatures may cause your wine to leak or extreme cold can freeze your wine during shipment. Please keep in mind that the CR Sandidge Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions. By placing Wine Club order you are accepting the responsibility for that shipment through whatever weather conditions may occur during that shipment. If you live in an area where the current ambient temperature is near freezing in Winter or above 75 degrees in Summer we suggest you select either 1 or 2 day shipping and be absolutely sure that an adult is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled day.
If you are experiencing extreme temperatures now but would like to order wines that may not be available later on, we offer a service called Temp Storage. Just select the "Pick Up in Santa Ana" shipping option and add a comment to your order at checkout (if you forget, send an e-mail to manager@crsandidgewines.com right away) advising us that you'd like to wait until the weather breaks to ship. For each month that you plan to keep the wine here, we will add a 5 dollar storage fee per each 12 bottle case (or portion of), and we will keep it here until you call us to set up shipping. Shipping arrangements must be set up by May 31st (for cold weather storage) or October 31st (for summer storage) or additional charges will be applied.

Notable Information
Inventory Notes
Although the online inventory is always being maintained and updated, there are certain situations that may occur that are out of our control. Given the high volume nature of our business and the finite availability of some wines, please be aware that without notice there may be a vintage change or an out-of-stock situation with any of the wines that you order. Should that happen we would notify you by e-mail before your order is processed.
Prices & Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. Availability is subject to stock on hand. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing. We also reserve the right to limit quantities.
Sales Tax
Washington state sales tax of 8.00% will be applied to all orders shipping within Washington.
Returns & Cancellations
BY LAW, we are unable to accept returns on wine unless the product is corked or flawed.  We are also unable to accept returns on wine that has been damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders. Futures and pre-arrivals cannot be cancelled once order has been confirmed.
Privacy Policy
It has always been The Wine Club policy to keep our mailing list and all customer information confidential. We do not share or sell our mailing list or customer information with any other organizations other then those contracted to assist us in the fulfillment of your wine club order.
Security
All orders placed on CR Sandidge website are secure. Orders are encrypted and transmitted through the use of SSL (secure socket layer) protocol. Therefore all personal information and credit card numbers are safe when being transmitted over the Internet.
