A gorgeous dark red-purple color pours into one’s glass.  The flavors and aromas present in the finished wine are luscious ripe blackberries, black sweet cherries and a big raspberry note.  Smooth-tasty vanilla-toasty oak notes compliments of the oak barrels the wine was aged in also make their presence felt as this wine graces your palate.  The structure is smooth, full yet firm.  Our 2002 Tri*Umph is a great match with richly seasoned beef, duck or lamb entrees.  Depending on how you like your reds a solid eight to fifteen years of cellar potential exist with this wine.

The flavors and aromas found in the grape are once again present in the finished wine.  That translates into; luscious ripe blackberries, black sweet cherries and a big raspberry note.  Modest rose petal along with generous smooth vanilla and toasty oak notes are present compliments of the oak barrels the wine was aged in.  The structure is smooth, full yet firm.

2003 Klingele Vineyard Syrah (Dry Red)

Both vintages aromas and flavors are typical Klingele ripe blackberry, purple plum, cedar, mushroom and black licorice.  A very nice vanilla note also creeps in on the full-bodied finish. The structures are seamless with a long satisfying finish.  This wine would match quite well with lamb, game birds such as pheasant and quail.  Richly seasoned meals centered around beef or curried foods would also be prime candidates.  This wine possesses a solid 8 to 12 years of cellar potential.

2004 Whistle Punk Red (Dry)  NEW RELEASE!

 Profound notes of ripe blackberries, cherries, and raspberries mingle beautifully with cedar, earth and vanilla flavors and aromas. The structure tends towards a medium-plus to full bodied wine.  The tannins are firm and fine grained providing a little extra cellar potential.  Match this fine red wine with grilled red meats as well as poultry where spicy-tomato based sauces are used to baste the bird.  You may cellar this wine six to ten years and be rewarded with a truly fine experience for doing so!

2004 Stone Tree (Syrah)

Beautiful simply beautiful.  The color is dark red with some purple notes.  The flavors and aromas are heart warming ripe cherries, raspberries, plums and spicy cracked black pepper.  Nice vanilla bean notes compliments of the oak barrels also wraps around this afore mentioned juicy core of fruit flavors.  The tannins are very fine grained and smooth.  The acidity is just right for moderate term cellaring.  This wine is a fabulous match with duck, lamb, moderately seasoned beef entrees, or a very large wine glass all by itself! 2006 Viognier (Dry White)

 2004 KISS  (Ultra Sweet)

Our 2004 KISS possesses a pretty faint apricot color. While the color is delicate, nothing about the wine is.  It is a powerhouse.  The flavors and aromas are of; peaches, honey, ripe apricots, strawberries, lemons and tree ripe summer apples.  The sugar acid balance leans towards a wine which will age decades (30 – 40 years potentially). Serve this wine well chilled alone or with fresh fruits, cheese cake or blue cheeses

2005 Viognier (Dry)

Wine Club: $23.20    Bottle Price: $29.00

 The flavors and aromas bring to mind ripe peaches, summer-apples, zesty lemons, a very light touch of vanilla bean and barrel toast plus yummy notes of mango and nectarine.  The body is medium-plus. The wine’s mouth feel is so smooth, it’s almost creamy yet firm. Our 2005 Viognier’s structure lends itself to pairing beautifully with shellfish and poultry entrees served with light cream sauces or, all by itself after a day on beautiful Lake Chelan!  A solid 5 to 7 years of cellar potential exist yet with this wonderful wine.

 2006 KISS  (Ultra Sweet)

A fine straw color is present with our 2006 KISS.  The aromas and flavors are of very ripe peaches, dried apricots, honeysuckle and tree ripe lemons.  The body is medium plus to full with a very long finish.  Under proper conditions, this wine will cellar a good 15 to 20 years. 

2006 Great Gams Pinot Noir Rosé (Off – dry)

Wine Club: $12.00    Bottle Price: $15.00

 The nose is a fabulous strawberry, guava, red raspberry and cranberry combination.  The flavors echo that of the aroma.  This wine shows some sweetness yet finishes off-dry as a result of the firm acidity.  Our rosé is a fantastic match when paired with cold summer sandwiches, sea scallops or smoked ham.  It is also a perfect summer sipper.  We will match our Great Gams with any legs whether they be women, man or wine!
